The transaction went less than smoothly. I purchased the item on the 8th. Followed up with them on the 14th and was promised a tracking the following day. Received no tracking, followed up again on the 18th and received no response. I opened a PP claim the following morning due to lack of response and the lack of tracking. Seller had sent the item several days before according to the label but never communicated this. Tried to put the onus of their paypal balance being negative when Paypal was holding their balance in the event that the case was found to be in my favor. Received the package this morning and noticed that the collar had some severe, undisclosed stains on the inside that I will have to work at to hopefully fix.
I can’t see myself recommending this seller.
