Good communication, also relatively fast shipping(international), I received it approx. 2 weeks after buying it. :) She was very kind and splitted the invoice when I asked her to, to prevent a high custom fee. The item itself was clean when I received it,though there were 2 tiny holes and a scratch in it, also the front bow was loose; which was not in the description.. all in all I am still happy to own my dream dress now, since it was for a reasonable price. :) thank you
