I personally wouldn't recommend selling to this buyer
TL;DR: If the transaction got a slight issue, she's a difficult buyer to work with even if you apologized and take responsibility
I was selling a lot of stuffs and accidentally overlooked to upload additional pictures of some stains, despite I did disclose the dress condition is "stained". I apologize for my error, offered her a partial refund, and explained I could not refund her via PayPal immediately with acceptable reasons (In my country, PayPal is only registered to trade or receive paychecks, not as an e-wallet, so I could not top up funds), then asking whether or not she would like to be refunded with wire transfer instead (which she did not reply). Eventually I got the funds to refund her and messaged her about it, but she left a negative review anyway
She also mentioned about "shipping a couple days late" when it's an international order. At that time I shipped out like a dozen of packets and had to file import documents. I told her the reason and apologized, but it seems like she did not take it into considerations at all
Other than that, she did paid in a timely manner
