Everything from communication to shipping went very smooth and without any problems, but unfortunately there are two pulled threads on the front of the bodice of the dress that were not described in the auction.

items took a long time to arrive because of a postal error, and there was a small undisclosed, but non-visible stain on one of the items, but the seller was very responsive and happy to provide receipt of mailing, and requested updates of when package would arrive. very happy with my purchase overall. :]

Perfect transaction! The dress is in great condition, and the seller was very nice and fast to answer and send the tracking number. They even sent the waist-ties in another small package out of their own pocket once they realized they'd forgotten them, which I really appreciate. I definitely recommend them!
