Charlene is super communicative and she allways replyed fast!
After sending the money through Paypal, she shipped it out asap and I received it within 7 days.
The dress was on a clothhanger inside a clean clear plastic bag. The Bow came in a sealed bag!
The shipping costs are very high because I live in Switzerland.
Still I'd buy again from her!

Item was clean and as described. The packaging was damaged but the item was not. In the future, I'd suggest packing things in a box, instead of a paper-wrapped plastic bag, especially for international shipments.
