Paid instantly for goods but it wasn't able to ship the next day due to seller's PayPal account being hacked. A couple of days later, seller needed to transfer funds into her bank account and waited another 4 days for it to clear. Eventually the item was shipped with paid for tracking, it arrived in a fairly poor state as seller did not use bubble wrap or another bag to protect the skirt, it seems like a rushed shoddy packaging with a glue of the envelope stuck on the hem of the skirt. Overall, communication was fine and item salvageable. The only downer is delayed in shipping and lack of packaging care from USA to Australia.

Wig didn't have netting on it, and as a result was rather frizzy, but nothing that can't be combed out with some tlc. Communication was good, and seller kept me informed of the package's progress/checked in when it took a bit longer than expected. Overall a decent transaction :)
