Overall a very pleasant transaction! The JSK was shipped quickly and arrived very well packaged, although in a bit less pristine condition then I had expected from the listing (some overlooked and thus not mentioned minor stains / damages). The seller reacted promptly and super nicely to my complaint though, refunding me a part of the initial price with no hassle whatsoever. I'm really pleased with how she handled this and would still recommend her, since I think it was an honest mistake and it's still a very nice dress :) Thanks!
