She purchased the item and tried it on before informing me the zipper was broken/had broken. It was new with tags as stated and I show all damages to any item in all my listings. I don't know if it was damaged during the wearing or in any other matter. She wished to repair the item so I advised her to ask a seamstress what she should do since I do not sew. She did not respond further but immediately left negative feedback instead. Over a month later she opened a Paypal dispute claiming $20 in repair fees which Paypal automatically declined on the basis of the item being altered.
She obviously did not want resolution if she chose to be non-responsive in this matter.
