Absolute worst buyer I ever had, wants me to lower value of item to avoid customs, I agreed to it because I know it can be a pain, but did clarify that I am not responsible for lost or damage packages (see my terms of sales). Buyer agrees but ends up lying to paypal that I gave her a false tracking code since package got lost in transit when it arrived in her country. Since she did not chose for insurance the company only could refund the shipping cost which imho is already very kind as it seems to be a problem with the UK postal service. Buyer never responded to my messages on paypal or here on lacemarket, I asked for what she would like but never a response, paypal ends up giving her money back even though I screenshotted all out conversations, transactions and tracking unformation, so here I am without an item returned to me, without my money and a bad experience which will remind me forever to not sell to people through this method again. I would strongly advice to not do business with this person as they are not reliable, lie and just ignore you and think only of themself in this matter, as a seller it effects me too and this person obviously does not give a shit about me in this situation.
