Smooth transaction!

I am nervous to leave negative feedback to anyone, but this buyer really caused me so much stress. I sold them a blouse, sent them a message and the buyer did not respond to my message. It happens, I don't always expect people to respond, so I send an invoice. It turns out I accidentally set my invoice to not list addresses, which was my fault, but easily fixed by the buyer sending me the address when I asked them for it. I would have been willing to cancel the original invoice as well, but they never responded! When the buyer finally paid the invoice I noticed this and contacted them as soon as I could to get an address. They didn't respond or read any of my messages following up. I have since cancelled the transaction and refunded the buyer. I am a very patient person, things happen and people can't always be online to figure them out, but not even reading a single one of my messages or even checking on the item they originally purchased is not a good way to handle a transaction. I am absolutely willing to change my feedback and resolve this situation or communicate with the buyer, but as no effort from them has been made: deal with at your own risk.

The buyer did not go through with the purchase and needed to cancel because the postage fee was too high. The buyer did not message to check postage fees before clicking buy. The listing of this dress did state domestic postage only due to the heavy fabric.
