A nightmare transaction. The buyer became upset when I shipped to the address on their PayPal account, even though doing otherwise violates PayPal's seller protection policy. Then, the buyer stated the package had not been delivered, even though my tracking information from USPS showed that it had been delivered to the address listed on their PayPal account. I tried to assume the buyer's intentions were good, but after spending hours of my own time investigating, it turns out the address they wanted the package shipped to wasn't even their residence, but a dormitory with no knowledge of the buyer. I put the party who had received the package at the listed PayPal address in touch with the buyer directly (!) in a continued attempt to help the buyer, but the buyer apparently never even retrieved the package. Despite attempting to give the buyer the benefit of the doubt, I can only conclude that they are either a) woefully unorganized and uncommunicative, as well as unaware of all norms surrounding sales in this community, or b) a scammer. Do not ever sell to this buyer.
