Dress came in on time. Had quick communication in regards to shipping issue. Was unable to follow up on issue due to my part. Issues was partially resolved with post office.

At first the communication was fine, but then the seller ignored my request for tracked shipping. When they told me that they sent the dress, I asked for the tracking number several times, but my messages were ignored. Messaged me once asking if I received the dress (I didn't), then all communication stopped. I waited for 2.5 months and unfortunately had to open a PayPal claim and take a refund.

Seller has very good communication, the dress is beautiful!
The only problem I had is that it was not wrapped in anything inside the bubble mailer and the mailer was torn in shipment so it was sticking out, all in all I am satisfied with my purchase
