I purchased the item in 2018. It is now 2020 and I never hear back from the seller. No message from the seller. No invoice from the seller. Don't know what was going on.

Seller kept me updated and shipped the product out fairly quickly, however failed to disclose there were no waist ties anywhere in the listing and did not let me know in communications. I don't mind if but I feel like they should have mentioned it somewhere.
