At first communication with the seller was great. They where really helpful and agreed to a payment plan. The payment plan finished around Thanksgiving so I was patient with the seller as they are based in the U.S. However communication started to break down after that. No tracking number was ever provided and every attempt to follow up has fallen flat. I still haven't received any tracking number or parcel after they they said they sent the parcel at the start of January. No more communication since February.

Item came as described, and the seller even included a few extra accessories! The box did come wet due to the rain in my area but luckily the package was safely wrapped and nothing got wet. I would buy from this seller again!

Nice seller! Dress came with a piece of chocolate on it that melted in transit so that was odd but I assume it was an accident so I'm not going to lower my rating
