This buyer paid on time however their communication was atrocious. I felt really bad when I realised I forgot to send them the tracking no. after I received a message threatening me with negative feedback and a charge back. However after I sent numerous messages to the buyer asking if the parcel had arrived and relaying the information and advice I went and got from the post office I got no message, I got no responses. I tried for two weeks to prompt the buyer to tell me if the parcel arrived yet so I could proceed to either refund or negotiate an outcome, but no response. In all honesty I thought that the buyer must have received the item and felt embarrassed about threatening me, which is why I never heard back. Fast forward to a month later, I receive negative feedback, because they finally received their blouse a month late. I am sorry your item got lost in the post, but I wasn't able to do something about it since you didn't respond to my messages.
