Really difficult transaction overall.I purchased on sep. 28, Seller did not discuss any shipping methods/prices and just sent invoice which I promptly paid, seller informed me they would ship Monday and I got no further updates after that. I asked for an update on November 15, seller said they ran into trouble with the post so they shipped dhl instead, printed a label on the 16th and a day later on the 17th, they told me they shipped it “a while ago”. When I asked for a tracking number I was told that since I didn’t pay $50 for tracked shipping I did not have a tracking number, I asked if there was any tracking since it was shipped with dhl and the overall shipping costs is considerably lower with dhl and it’s only €4 to add tracking to an already really small/cheap to ship package. Seller then tried to argue saying it would have still been €50 to ship tracked with dhl and I had to provide proof with screenshots from the German DHL quote website that it is only €50 to ship it insured, it €50 to add tracking. Overall there was little to no communication until I had to argue over how shipping with DHL works and threaten a dispute. The seller never discussed any of the additional charges for tracking with me, never let me know of the one month delay to ship my package, still didn’t discuss prices and options when they had to ship dhl and gave me a lot of stress about my package. I’m sure the shipping cost was still cheaper than the $20 I paid since it was an untracked 0.6k package, don’t think I would buy from them again.

Absolutely lovely seller. Everything arrived and is exactly as shown. I can't wait to wear it out! Thank you so much it arrived quickly honestly I'm amazed it arrived before Christmas as it was going through customs.

Seller promised to mail the OP for weeks, but only sent it once I opened a PayPal dispute. The dress was described as NWT, but it has multiple stains on the bodice/front and has no tag. I will not buy from this seller again.
