The item was shipped in a timely manner and well wrapped. The item sadly had sustained damage that the seller didn't notice and she was very kind and immidiately offered a full refund.
Despite the issues it was still a positive buying experience.

Overall a good seller, however the item came with fuzz, hair and cat(?) hair on it. Would have been nice if it was lint rolled before shipping, but I can do it myself. Overall a positive experience.
