The wig is just as described and looks just as beautiful as in pictures presented. There were no knots or tangles in the wig and it looked like it had very mild use. Vivian was very fast in contacting me, her communication was wonderful, and she shipped out the wig very fast. I only have a very minor complaint and that is she forgot to put my name in the Address box. So when the wig came my family members opened it and were trying to figure out what it was and who it was for. Eventually they realized it was for me and not some misdirected mail. Other than that the transaction was very smooth and fast. Thank you so much! I recommend this seller.

Excellent seller, fast shipping and item arrived safely and fast. The only thing was the item had small red spots that were not reported but after I asked, she was able to tell me that it was water soluble fake blood (XD) and I was able to wash it out. Otherwise there are zero problems with this seller, and the existing problem was thankfully fixable. Overall excellent!
