I had a great experience with this seller ! Everything was very well packaged and safe, in a box big enough that it didn't even crease. Items as described and perfect condition.We did have a bit of delay in communication and shipping at the start, but it's totally understandable as we all have busy schedules and personal lives. They were very very sweet and not only included a cute note, but they gave me the matching otk's to apologize for the slight (and still reasonable) delay !! Which is part of why I'm still giving 5 stars for everything, apart from the fact that they clearly did care a lot about me as a buyer. All in all a good experience with a kind person ! Would totally buy from this seller again in the future if the occasion arises ☺️
