I'm really happy with the experience I had with this seller. They were prompt with communication and shipping. The headdress was in great condition and the dress came exactly as described. They were super transparent about minor damage and did a really good job about taking pictures of small stains, so I knew exactly what to expect before it got here. They also sent a BTSSB sticker and a small gift with the package. ;^; ♡
