The shoes are defected. The communication, dispatch time and everything else is perfect. But the shoes, they are tagged as NWOT but have stains, scratch mark and chipping all over. It is also missing the buckle, which held the left foot straps together, making this pair of shoe unwearable. A partial refund was issued
