A very exhausting and sad transaction, the buyer is nervous and can be very grumpy at times. They and me all lost the money.
I should be considerate of them, as we are all victims of AP quality, but their repeated doubts make me anxious during my period and have worse insomnia.
I sold this dress which is brand new without trying or opening, just as it came to my house from the AP Japan. Since I did not open it, I did not see whether there was any problem inside the dress. Later, when the buyer got the package, they told me that there was a sewing problem with the zipper. I actively communicated with them and asked for photos and video so I could contacted AP store in Japan. I said that I would be responsible, but I needed to wait for AP’s reply to me to further figure out how to deal with it (because as a layman in the garment industry, I can't tell whether there is an extra thread or the whole sewing is wrong just by looking at the pictures and videos). However, they kept suspecting that I damaged the dress on purpose, and also thought that I sold replicas or supplies to them (one reason is that they don't seem to think that AP’s products might have any quality problems, the second reason is that the tag of the dress has not been folded by AP in half like their other dresses, and the third reason is that the rope end of tags is frayed at the end so they thought I took the tag off and rehung it ). I want them to calm down, but they did not listen to any explanation and continued to threaten to BAN me from PayPal and Lace Market, which was really ridiculous. They also thought I overcharged them because they misremembered their actual purchase price.
After receiving the email and phone call, AP said that they will take responsibility for the problem. I told the buyer that I could pay the international shipping back and forth to exchange the product and they didn't have to pay a penny, or just return it for a refund, and they chose the latter option.
Of course, the buyer is good in some ways. They pay and communicate quickly. They message me as soon as they get the dress. They promptly returned the package according to the correct address, and asked the post office for help after the tracking number cannot be queried.
This is my whole real story, the whole thing from start to finish and if there was any part of me that tried to hide the problem of the dress, then I would never be able to get my dream dress and even if I did it would be a fake in disguise!
