Buyer failed to read my TOS or even my response to their initial inquiry. I let them know I was willing to sell if they can provide external feedback as I do not sell to users with less than 20+ feedback, something in my TOS and allowed per the website rules. They did not respond and bought the listing a week later without communication. Sale cancelled due to this reason.
