I want to leave neutral feedback for this seller. Communication was ok. Seller told me item will be shipped out on Monday, but was instead shipped out in Thursday. Seller let me wait a whole week and let me send two messages until I received the tracking number. The item was very well wrapped and arrived quickly. Unfortunately the seller didn’t state all damages such as a missing button on the side, slightly faded color on the front bow and the discoloured lace (it’s grey and not white anymore) and pet hair all over the salopette. Luckily I’m not allergic and I got the salopette for a good price, so I don’t want to complain too much. My overall experience with this seller was ok but not perfect either, hence the neutral feedback.
