This was such a nice buying experience. The earmuffs were exactly as described, the seller was quick to respond and very kind. They mailed the item very quickly too. Despite the price being low the seller still included a card with gorgeous lolita artwork, a bag of Pukka vanilla chai and a thank you note. Such a nice surprise and so thoughtful. I would love to buy from this seller again.
