Shipping took a long time but that is mostly to blame on the covid situation as it was dispatched early, the skirt is very pretty however and the communication good!

Like the other item I have purchased from this seller, I haven't received it even 6 months later, and the tracking id was never updated. :( [MOD edit: buyer received package after 6 months due to delay from post office, seller and buyer came to agreement over feedback]

I've purchased from Moramenta back in August 2021, it is now January 2022 and I have not received my items, nor any update from the seller in months. The communication was very slow to begin with, before completely stopping to reply on Lacemarket, forcing me to find the seller's personal Instagram (!) to get a response about my purchase... The tracking id I was given has never been updated, and it seems like I'm not the only buyer who ran into this same issue with her. I was looking forward to receiving my items, and I only leave a negative review in extreme cases, but I sadly cannot recommend buying from this seller. [MOD edit: buyer received package after 6 months due to delay from post office, seller and buyer came to agreement over feedback]

Never ever shipped out my item. Communication was non-existent. Brought it in the beginning of July. Messaged them twice and asked when it would be shipped out. Never got a response. Went through Paypal and right afterwards they messaged me back saying they had been moving and been without internet for two weeks. Told me it would be shipped the next day. Got a tracking number and waited a month but it never updated. Had to escalate the claim to Paypal and had to get my money back that way. Never heard from them after the one and only message. I wouldn't buy from them.

The belt is so gorgeous! I was a little worried that the fake pearls might have gotten damaged in shipping (as they tend to do), but the item came so well-packaged from Russia that they were absolutely flawless! I'm over the moon about this belt, and I highly recommend this shop to anyone who's looking to buy :D

This Seller is so lovely! She was so nice and even wanted to give me my money back because her country wasn’t allowing mail out. I decided to wait and told her to just hold on until postage was possible. She was such a doll through this whole process and I greatly appreciate her!
