The dress was listed "new with tags", but seller messaged me to disclose major damage after I paid the invoice. She offered to have the damage repaired and I agreed, but she must have changed her mind as the dress was re-listed the next day. When I saw this, I requested a refund. Seller became unresponsive, so I filed a PayPal claim and had to wait for them to refund me.
