No waist tie (that's why I'm giving a 4* rating as it wasn't said in the description that it was included) but I can overlook that. ☺️ It is VERY roomy, and it IS plus size friendly but if someone else sees this up for sale, just remember that the sleeve cuffs do not have elastics, but it's beautiful nonetheless!! I would definitely buy from again!! A++++
